The atmosphere here is really homely. It is not stuffy, service is friendly and the buzz is great.
The food is good. I love the nasi Lemak warrior and the dessert kuehs.
If you drive, this is a nice place to spend lunch.
A lovely place for kids to explore things that they hardly get exposed to in Singapore. The farm trail was easy to walk, even though it was drizzling when we were there. The food didn’t shout fantastic and they didn’t disappoint too! The Nasi Lemak...More
We went there on a Sunday for lunch after a walk at Sungei Buloh Wetland nearby. It was not very crowded. When we were at the door, no one really pay attention to us. So we just went to an empty table. We have to...More
We decided to come here to celebrate Mother’s Day lunch. Ivy welcomed us by ringing the bell at the entrance! We ordered the Nasi Lemak Platter which included the Bolly Wings, Kranji Eggs, Ikan Billis, peanuts, farm tempura, sambal goreng, sambal kangkong, blue nasi lemaek...More
As a companion to my 4yo field trip, to be honest before I came here, I don’t have so much interest, crazily hot afternoon son with loads of mosquitos .-.

Always such a delight coming back to Bollywood Veggies. It’s so rare in Singapore to be able to find such a natural rustic setting for a meal and where the food is homegrown.
The Nasi Lemak platter is huge and can easily feed 3-4 persons....More

Hello Dave! I'm so glad you're coming to Singapore and also considered visiting Bollywood Veggies! To get to Bollywood Veggies, there is a direct shuttle bus ($3 I think) at Kranji MRT Station (NS7, North-South Line) that brings you directly to the farm! But to get to Kranji from Chinatown would be quite a distance. If by uber/cab, it should cost $20-$25 max. If via the MRT, you can take from Chinatown Station (North-East line) to transfer at Dhoby Ghaut (North-South Line), then direct to Kranji Station, or take from Chinatown to Outram Park (East-West Line) then to Jurong East (East West Line), then transfer to Kranji Station. Hope this helps and have fun! Do PM me if you want the shuttle bus timings!
