Nice place to chill with a drink

We had truffle fries and some wine. Food is average but drinks are affordable. There are 1-for-1 offer the time we went.

Poor draught beer

Nice location and ambiance.

For the draught beer they don't use the glasses from the brewery (a bug bear of any beer connoisseur) so their Heineken it goes flat pretty quick. I wouldn't visit again only for this reason.

Frequent this place very recently,one of the best bar & restaurant to chill ~ great ambience , decent food and great service with a smile always ! Wide selection of spirit than beer

Limited beer offering but got wide range of spirit & cocktail instead. Food selection is not that much too but if you like basis bar food that would be good enough.

Great experience every time I’m here. Service on point and Very friendly workers! Suresh, Rida,tas, mimie and vik, Matthew and Sam and more back at the bar! Music was great. Overall great experience, would def be back for more.

Good service and music

Service was good and the live band was good as well. We understand it is a new band and we felt that their choice of music was nice and had a nice melodious voice. In general the food was not bad except the har cheong kai which we wouldn't recommend ordering. We had a few rounds of gin tonic and we felt that the gin was a bit light which our overseas friends agreed. Overall, good atmosphere, music and service. Worth going.

Blatant rip off!!!!!!!!

We have been coming to this bar off and on for the past 15 years or more, mainly because of their great happy hour prices of erdinger beer between 12pm and 7pm.
Met up with some mates 3 weeks ago because they all enjoy a beer and we told them that this was the place to hang out and enjoy a couple of cold ones during the hot afternoon.
Well we arrived back from Thailand today and stopped in for our usual "couple" and surprise, surprise!!! when we got the bill we discovered that "new" management had taken over and after all these years, have taken off the happy hour promotion
We questioned the manager who basically just said that this is the way it is. Also noted that the size of the glasses were smaller than the traditional Erdinger glasses at a cost of $18 Singapore.

After coming from Thailand and Vietnam where the alcohol prices are cheap compared to Australia, AND the fact that our dollar is useless compared to the Singapore dollar, it turned out to be an expensive afternoon. Needless to say it is disappointing and we will not be back anytime soon.

Best bar in Orchard

If you're in Orchard, never miss this bar! There's good beer at good price and best service from Manager Gary (in photo) with team. Truly enjoyed my experience here at Acid Bar. So much love for this bar with live band! Remember to try the chicken cracklings, truffle fries & Har Cheong gai, best!!!

Best bar in Singapore

Literally the best bar nation-wide. Made even better by the best manager in the world, Gary da man. Have been coming back for years and it gets even better with affordable beer and awesome live band.
