Nyc enjoyable visit along with family
We visited in July end along with our 2 year old kid. Lots to enjoy for kids with slides, swings , bouncy and other activities and multiple ice creams. Good for photos also.

An indoor play space with ice cream
We went on a whim as we had time to kill, and bought tickets on site. It was rather expensive but we had a good time. The place seemed designed to have lots of "Instagram moments" and, with free WiFi, I imagine you can post your photos right away if that's your thing. I'm not sure what I was expecting but it was basically an indoor play space with ice cream and ice cream facts here and there. I'm glad my partner didn't come along as he doesn't do well with lots of excited children in closed spaces. For my kid and me, it was a fun way to spend a couple of hours on a very hot day. I'm glad we went but I'm not sure we'd go again.

    Great place to keep cool
A great place to keep cool during the humid heat! It was actually fun and we're two adults. Four tasting stations is actually enough, cool facts and history information of ice cream, lots of things to look at in the form of Art and Play. We were on foot so it was a bit tricky to find coming from Botanic gardens and yes its pricey but you only go once for the experience.

    Not worth the money
As a group of 6 girlfriends who are all big ice-cream lovers, we left quite disappointed. We booked the premium package. Essentially it’s 5 rooms that you walk through one at a time. In each room there are two types of ice creams to choose from, and if you did the premium package you get a third option. We were expecting a lot more for what we paid. Staff weren’t the nicest or most welcoming. And even though we had “unlimited” ice- cream at each station, we felt like the staff weren’t very happy if you went back for more after your first serve. Portions are very small and some flavour options were very unusual. The place itself is cute and there are lots of cute photo opportunities, but if you’re going for the ice- cream, I wouldn’t bother and I wouldn’t go again when you look at what we paid and what we received.

Kids must visit place if visiting singapore
This place is specially for kids. If you have small & young teen, you should definitely visit this place. They will enjoy every bit of 12 different types of ice creams plus the activities. Prices are highly charged, thus adults can avoid if kids are old enough.

    RETRO ICE CREAM MUSEUM
Something very different to see - back to the old retro days. Each room was set up differently with 4 ice cream stops that were included in the price of entry. And very PINK. Great for kids and young at heart adults.

We all scream for ice cream
So much fun, really clever layout and facts about ice cream and you get to eat it at each stop. We noticed this advertised on a train and decided to go. It was so much fun and will make your inner child very happy

    Unique experience, but $$
Definitely not close to a bus stop, so recommend a Grab as it was tricky to find. Booked through Klook so got a discount but otherwise not worth it. Two choices of ice cream in most rooms, but unfortunately no more cheesecake at the last room! Staff was friendly and helpful, however, exhibits seemed a bit older, run down and in need of a facelift. Overall, cool experience but not great bang for the buck.

    Fun Indoor Activity
Although a more expensive attraction in Singapore we had a blast at this indoor activity on a rainy day. My kids loved the sprinkles pit and all of the flavours I tried were amazing. The pink mint ice cream was subtle and delicious.

    Not cheap but worth it
Located in a residential area, this was something different and off the beaten path. It is a colourful and fun idea and you can get unlimited ice cream at each spot but once you go forward, you aren't expected to go back, but keep moving. The ice cream itself is not exceptional but average. However, it is one of those places that is made for instagram pictures as the colours are bright and will make any photo pop. I didn't book ahead online so I paid 47SGD which isn't exactly cheap. I enjoyed being in the sprinkles pit and overall, I had fun, so it was worth it.

2 Adults and 2 Kids pay 160$ for what? Take couple of photos and eat 4 or 5 small sized average tasting ice creams? come on we all know it is a gimmick when they advertised it as unlimited ice creams.. how many can you eat?

First of all not at all accessible, not even a single board to show the way.. shocked that they didn't bother to a signboard even within their own premise, just a sign saying "50m for entrance", all the other shops have signboards but not this one.
it is "overwhelmingly" pink. unless you are crazy about pink (i recommend use some filters instead) or ice creams (go and eat some real ice creams) you should give this a pass.
it is waaayyyyyyy to expensive.
please be wise and spend your money elsewhere.

total waste of time and waste of your money...

tip: no toilets after you entered the musuem you can't come back to previous section, you can't enter back when you exit (really?) if you are with kids, please ensure they finish their "business" before entering...

there is no eateries whatsoever inside.. their small cafe and bar is a joke like this attraction.

Fun place for all ages. A bit pricey at S$40 per person (adult), but we had 4 ice cream that's and a local popsicle treat so that helped. Enjoyed the ice cream trivia and magnet walls, sprinkle pool and more. Note - this is not accessible by MRT alone, we took cabs from MRT station to museum both ways, about S$9 each way. Cute gift shop, especially if you like pink!

We took a 5&6 yr old and I would not recommend it for the time spent and cost associated. It’s very manufactured fun, there is just room upon room of Instagram opportunities so if that’s what you are looking for it would be perfect. But really not much for kids to do except get a sugar high, and probably some viruses.

We spent $180 as a family of 4 to get in and it was a complete waste.

We booked this in advance directly on the website which was straightforward and would recommend as tickets need to be bought online. Went on a weekday when it was scorching outside, definitely a nice reprieve from the heat. Free flow of ice cream but, be warned you can't return to stops so need to make the most at each one. There is no pressure to move on though and it wasn't really busy when we went so not overcrowded. There are a couple of flavours at each station including at one stop some local flavours. Definitely a good location if you're looking for pictures and also great for kids all of the rooms include some activity for children. I would say maybe slightly overpriced but, still enjoyed and I guess it depends how much ice cream you eat 😅!

Is new, clean, and an interesting experience.
Staff are energetic and add to the vibrant atmosphere.
Lots of photo opportunities!

As you enter the ice cream "cafes" (there are 3 or 4) look for a seat... you can only eat there if you have a seat, so have one of your party chope a seat while the others queue for the ice cream. Eat your fill at the first or second cafe, as they have the best choice of flavours (limited, though)

You have to go through the museum in one direction, no back-tracking, so enjoy each station (take lots of photos).

Best activity for all the family is the sprinkle pool at the end. Get in quickly (at the far end) as you only have 10 minutes or so in there. It's a weird experience.

We have visited this place 2 days ago and still feel disappointed.

We were welcomed by the worker at the entrance and promised that we are allowed to eat as much ice cream as we want and stay at the museum as long as we wish.

But this is not true, because once you try ice cream and move to another area ( there are 5 stops with only 2 different ice cream flavours at each), you cannot come back to previous stops to eat more ice cream that you like.

Especially our mood was ruined after the lady at the 2nd station stopped us and in a rude manner and told us that this is one way only museum so we can go to the exit only, kids can not play around and enjoy eating ice cream, so i had very uncomfortable talk with her trying to explain what we were told in the beginning and begging us to have a piece of chocolate ice cream for a child. Very disappointing.

Museum feels actually empty, nothing special inside, some small activities for babies.

Poor flavours. Very specific tastes, not what kids like ( there are some spicy, some tea flavours and vegan).

Entrance at weekends 42€ for person, kids same. No discounts. 36€ other days.

If you like ice cream and discovering new places , i recommend you do not go to this museum.

Glamorous pink waste of time and money.

This incident happened on Sat 22 Jul around 3.30pm - 6pm. What supposedly should be a very exciting and enjoyable time for my family turned out to be a nightmare!

So, we spent over $200 and we wanted the kids to have the best time at Museum of Ice Cream Singapore. However, things did not go well! We were followed by these 2 very suspicious Characters of Indian ancestry who were 2 grown adults. They took videos of the children without our consent! This has caused us great distress. The 2 suspicious individuals worked together and clearly knew what they were doing is not right. In one of the stations, a child said out loud why is the man following us around and taking photos of us? One of the man even showed the photos to a child who has disability.
They appeared again at the last station and again took videos if everyone including our children. Before they could be confronted on this matter, hastily made their way out to the exit!? They spoke in a language which sounded like Tamil? We do not know if they really made their way out or hide in obscure corners and continued to take photos of other kids without parental consent.
We have their photographs and also seek the cooperation of the management to check their CCTV footage for better quality photograph of these 2 suspicious Characters!
We have had sleepless nights and seek the management help and cooperation on this matter soonest.

The museum of ice-cream in Singapore is not near from the touristic attractions in the city; the one that you find nearer (1.2km) is the National Orchid Garden, where you will find the MRT station. Taxis do not often cross the road leading the museum.

We spent a very funny time there, completing the 9 tasks to obtain the final prize. The staff is absolutely friendly and always smiling (under their masks). You are alliwed to remove your masks when eating and taking photos.

There are lots of rooms where you can enjoy, laugh, take photos, eat ice-cream. It is absolutely funny.

We had a great time at the museum of ice cream in Singapore. It is a fun place for children and adults. We went during the week which worked out well since there were no milling crowds and we could enjoy the museum at our leisure. A word of caution, keep all your belongings in a safe place before you enter the sprinkles pool. I lost my gold ring. But thanks to the helpful staff, I managed to get it back within a week. A special thank you to Mr Pel from the client services team who made sure the ring was safely returned back to me.
I wish we could get more variety of ice cream flavours to sample but overall very good experience.

The location is tucked in the middle of residential area I believe. The taxi drivers had no problem finding it, but don't plan on strolling outside this property as there isn't any to visit. There were constant taxi dropping/picking up guests at the entrance.
You have to reserve your tickets online, so plan ahead. They do have onsite free Wi-Fi.
We upgraded the tickets for kids so they can have endless ice cream and special flavors. It was not worth it, since they offer endless ice cream for everyone. The special flavors were only two at each station, and they were not something to rave about. Like its sister museums which I visits one in San Francisco, you'll have many Instagram photo moments, colors are bright, lighting was good, great for photos.
