Though we missed the old 37-meter Merlion on Sentosa,
the new attraction, Sensoryscape, creates more interactions -
so that visitors can literally "play" with the various elements curated.
From mist and lights (Lookout Loop), to Augmented Reality (Tactile Trellis)......
Our favorite was #HyperZoom, allowing one to take photos using their "street cams":
glimpse of how "Big Brother" works ie. hyperzoom cams can find one among crowds!

Sidenotes:
- This new FREE attraction blending nature and technology sits nicely between Imbiah Monorail and Beach Stations, just a stretch of around 400 meters, and you can enter from either way. Village Sentosa/Outpost Hotel guests can access this attraction from one of the side doors of the hotel lobby.
- Do take note there's an upper deck level where all the AR and lights actions are, whereas the lower deck is more for the scented plants, palate playground, etc.
- It's easy to download the ImagiNite app, which you need to use to take the AR pics, of butterflies and sea creatures flying and swimming all around ya. And #hyperzoom.
- 7:50pm to 9:40pm is the time to visit as various parts of Sensoryscape light up then.
- 1-Flowerhill the 130-year old hilltop chateau (or army officers' quarters back when the colonial British army set up camp there) overlooks the entire Sensoryscape and one can enjoy a cool brunch at the cafe there... or evening drinks at their bar.

Visiting the new SensoryScape at Sentosa was refreshing and an enchanting experience! The ambience is filled with a cozy magic that draws you in, especially as you wander through the beautifully designed sensory areas. What made it even more memorable was the wonderful service from the service ambassadors, who took the time to share the interesting stories behind each space, adding a layer of depth and charm that made the experience come alive. Their storytelling brought such warmth, helping us see each corner with new eyes.

And the best part? It’s completely free and designed to delight all ages, so everyone can enjoy it. Whether you're with family, couple/friends, or even by yourself, this is a lovely little escape worth experiencing!

Sensoryscape is a double-tier, 24-hour passageway linking Imbiah Station with Merlion Station. Inspired by nature with various futuristic “biophilic” structures, the attraction is a lovely, relaxing place to be at any time of the day, although the nightly light and AR shows are what you do not want to miss. At 7.50 pm each evening, different light projections transform the zones into magical arenas of light. If you download the ImagiNite app, you can enjoy AR effects on your smartphone too. (The app allows you to take and store AR pictures)

For kids, the Lookout Loop with its mist garden will likely be the highlight. Tip: Be sure to station yourself at the Glow Garden, i.e. the southern end where the big flower stalks are, at around 8 pm and 9 pm. You will be able to see the fireworks from the nearby Wings of Time show. Though brief, this is a spectacle not to be missed.

The carefully curated installations across the island encourage exploration and connection with the environment in innovative ways. Whether through soundscapes, visual art, or interactive features, it’s a refreshing and calming addition to Sentosa's attractions. I had an unforgettable experience at Sentosa Sensoryscape, huge thanks to Lia and Syuaib! As evening fell, the stunning light displays captivated me, though we already had a very long day.
As we were slowly walking, Lia and Syuaib approached us with enthusiasm, checking in and introducing us to the immersive AR features. Lia took the initiative to help us take amazing photos and guided us through the various zones, while Syuaib was always ready to assist.
To top it off, Lia surprised me with a special birthday dinner when she found out it was my birthday! Her exceptional hospitality truly embodies the spirit of Sentosa. I feel fortunate to have met them and hope to return soon!

The drop-off point for Grab and taxis is Beach Point. There were too many people. It's different interactive light installations at 6 or 7 places outside the mall. If you've been to the ArtScience museum in MBS, then it's almost similar, but it's free. Better to go at nighttime on weekdays.

I came here for the New Year with my family, happy and happy, the place was very nice, the point was the staff was very nice, I accidentally dropped a commemorative bracelet from my mother-in-law while taking the photo, I went back to find it, my husband said it might have been taken, and then I didn't die because it was a wedding gift from my mother-in-law, so that's when I saw the singing performance. There were three staff members on this side, (1, Danish. 2, Keisha, 3. WSO Chew Hwee Cheng) talking to him (they told me about my situation, the bracelet was missing about half an hour ago, it was a good thing there were photos, what time were the missing photos on it, a few of them started looking for me, they found it in less than 15 minutes, I'm really happy, and thank them very much, thank you for your hard work, thank you very much ⤏⤏⤏
