Great place to visit for an Indian culture experience. Within this arcade you can find henna stores, bangles stores and sweet-shops. Apart from this, there is only a building full of shops and not all the shops are amazing. Nothing so great about Little India. Only if you have nothing to do otherwise. Yeah, there's a place where fake tattoos are made.…

Little India has to be one of the best places to visit in Singapore, from their indian foods to their souvenirs. Prices are really good and they sell the best gold jewels.

Monday 21st October and we to took the MRT to the area known as Little India. Our visit was during the week leading up to the Deepavali Festival so the the overhead street lighting and decorations, were amazing even in daylight. We did return to see the lights at night. The stalls were packed with a colourful strings of floral decorations, boxes and boxes of every fragrance of incense imaginable. A wide variety of artificial flowers, bags and bangles were on display along with clothing and fabrics of every shade and colour of the rainbow. It was a bit crowded and busy but worth look if only to experience the smells of the incense and the array of colours.…
