Went here to find Lush Cosmetics. It was a quick and easy trip although not all stores are marked in the directory. Plenty of stores to check out and overall just a decent place to wander around in the heat of the afternoon.

Name a top end designer and you will find their shop here. Slick and expensive. At least take a taxi ride down the length of Orchard road. Jaw dropping opulence.

Changed beyond all recognition since my last visit, a vista of arcades and beautiful stores. All the world top brands adorn it with sadly not a lot of the old road shops. Thai embassy is still there thank goodness.

Shopping is a national pastime for Singaporeans, and
after a visit to Orchard Road it’s easy to see why.
This seemingly endless boulevard boasts a dizzying
selection of shopping centres. From bargain basement
foragers to designer label big-spenders, there is
something for everyone. For those just browsing, there
are countless restaurants, food courts, and cinemas,
as well as the odd street entertainer to keep you

Better to carry SGD. Moneyvchangers are no problem, one can use International cards, widely accepted... Though I didn't use USD but shouldn't be a problem in big stores, yes you pay a price for that.
