Service
20:30, Rice Bran Whitening Scrub- The masseur was skillful. She gave me a good scrub. My skin feels so smooth thereafter.
Service
21:00, Anma Deep Tissue Massage- The same masseur did the massage for me. She had firm deep strokes. She hardly used the elbow which is what I preferred.
Ambience is nice and staff friendly

I did the Geisha Signature Facial at Ikeda, Singapore. This was an amazing experience from the very beginning I stepped into the shop. You get soothed with the calming atmosphere and the friendly staff that were there to assist you in every step. I was then brought to my treatment room that had a Japanese authentic feel that I have not experienced in any other place. Throughout during my consultation and my treatment, my therapist knew what were the problems to my skin and gave me a very soothing treatment. Right after the treatment, I can see an immediate difference. I highly recommend anyone wanting to get a different atmosphere than your surrounding.

I had Cindy for a custom facial. I had initially booked another type of facial but her recommendation was better suited to my skin and I am glad I went with it. I like how she gave information as to what she was doing and the facial itself was excellent. She really paid attention to pores and weak spots. She followed up by providing helpful advice on how I can better manage my skin afterwards to make the most of the facial. Like other reviewers mentioned, staff were not pushy and very respectful. I will be going back to try their massage. Great find!

The pricing here is confusing and exorbitant. The quality of the massage is only 7/10 but for the price you pay. The massage service is not worth paying for such a high price tag. Even when making appt it is always not available or full. The service quality drops sharply once you indicate that there is no wish to continue the package and they assign lousy masseurs for you. Needs huge improvements

My husband and I tried the onsen and aromatherapy massage for the first time at Ikeda Spa. It was an excellent experience and we were very satisfied with our massage! The rooms were clean and well decorated. My therapist, Kim, was very good and detailed in all her massage moves, massaging some locations which I never had thought it could be massaged e.g. the wrists, ankles and ears! She was also very thoughtful in my needs as I was still breastfeeding. I will definitely return for my second massage!

My therapist was Yuan Xi. It was my first experience to Ikeda Spa and i am very impressed with the level of service provided. It was definitely one of the most enjoyable and pleasant one. I love it the precision my therapist was able to get to address my sore muscles on my shoulder and leg area. Look forward to the next session about the circuit breaker is over! Thank you once again for such a great experience!

I've been going to Ikeda Spa for facial and occasionally massage for a number of years (3-4 years). Prior to finding Ikeda, I've never signed a package anywhere else. However, I was really impressed by the environment (quiet, clean, well-designed), the staff (attentive, skilled and polite) and most of all, they are respectful and never pushy. The quality of service is something I really appreciate and I'll continue to patronise this place.

Masseuse massage was very consistent and firm on every stroke making it a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The onsen bath experience is very unique and feels just like Japan onsen. We arrived early and there's enough time to for them to do a quick pre massage assessment to let the masseuse know which part to focus and make the overall massage experience smoother and relaxing. Overall very satisfied experience.

I seldom go for massages as most of the time I cannot get the pressure I want, as some parts of my body are more sensitive than the others. Before getting started, I was asked thoroughly about the pressure, any sensitive parts, or if there are any parts I would prefer not to be massaged and that’s on top of the routine brief medical history questions and that helped a lot to make the massage more comfortable. Also, I loved the cold cup of roselle tea after the onsen. Nice touch! 😁

Highly recommend Ikeda for its serene settings and quality of massage therapist (Arlene). I had the Flowers for Her package and the massage was firm and focused on where i needed. The body scrub and wrap left my skin soft and supple. And the hot stone facial was incredibly soothing. The care such as tea before and after the massage was also a lovely touch and speaks volumes to how staff takes care of the entire experience. All in all a wonderfully indulgent and relaxing. Look forward to coming back!
