Warm reception and amazing spa experience surrounded by quiet nature

My appointment was arranged with Veron and I appreciate the reminder given and the directions of getting there. Very thoughtful gesture for guests visiting the first time. The treatment room is immaculate. The moment you step in, you are feeling regarded and pampered already. Great work on this! My therapist Eva delivered my 90mins massage very well, adjusting to my preference accordingly. The add ons of foot soak and back scrub are delightful too. Glad to catch up Veron after my treatment. Veron is warm, attentive and professional in her recommendations. What a wonderful afternoon of retreat. I am already looking forward to bring my loved ones for next visit.

It was such a great 2 hours spa experience at Chinois Spa with my husband. We booked the Blissful couple combo package and have enjoyed ourselves. Staff are professional and welcoming. We will be back!

First visit to Chinois Spa was overwhelmed by their service. Very friendly reception, skillful therapist as they really listen and focus on the specific points that requires more attention.
