This is a place for healthy no nonsense massage. The therapist were able to pinpoint my body pain and weakness even though they spoke mostly chinese.

-The walls are really thin and you can basically hear everything outside and from the room next door.
- Do not appreciate being hard sale by several staff at once.
- Lack of privacy when coming out from the bathroom, some random guy will just stared at me when I came out from the bathroom with only towel.

As it’s in a shop house on the third story, you would have to climb up the stairs, Wouldn’t recommend for pregnant ladies.
The area beside the toilet is horribly unpresentable, stuff strewn and in a mess, in my opinion a reflection of poor management of the premise.
The decor was maroon and black, not exactly what you would expect of a wellness spa.
Went there for a 60 mins prenatal massage which was pretty sub standard. They did not ask on the pressure, nor asked where to focus on, nor even knew the spots to press. It felt like they were just smearing oil over. Basically the prenatal massage cost 98 bucks, 30 bucks MORE than a regular massage, but LESS areas.
My husband who also did a massage mentioned the pressure wasn’t good.

I had pain in my back earlier this week that was causing me issues even doing the easiest thing like sleeping or riding in a taxi so I booked an hour massage at A&A Wellness.

I have read some comments about issues climbing 3 flights of stairs to get to the Spa.. Having lived in Singapore for 5 years I can say some of the best places can be found in locations like this. Dont let little things like this stop you.

The Spa is clean, the ladies are very welcoming and funny to chat with.

The massage was great and really helped with the pain in my back, plus found a few more troublesome spots I hadn't noticed.

Definitely good value compared to what I would pay for a similar length massage in Australia.

Chanced upon this place before and had a very good massage here. This time round I went for their herbal bath as I have insomnia and other health issues. The herbal bath turned out to be more relaxing than what I had thought. After the herbal bath, the therapist was able to pinpoint my health issues. I took their recommendation and went for the kidney treatment services. This involved massages using herbal oil at specific regions. After one treatment, I really felt the difference. I slept like a baby that night. Also, I felt my "mojo" is back!! Will definitely return for follow up treatment for my other health issues.

Went to have a massage with my buddy before our dinner at Bugis. Shop located at level 3 and we have to climb all the way up. The counter staff say have to wait a while and they prepare rooms for us. Each of us was assign with a female Therapist. The therapist did a good massage for 20 mins after which was recommend to sign packages. I told her I seldom massage so don't need. Her reply was don't so stingy can support us. I'm totally offended and did not talk to her. The rest of the 40 mins was terrible. She didn't even put in any effort. I wouldn't want to return again. My Friend was also pressure by them. This is not the way to run a business.

This is the worst experience I've had in terms of getting a massage. Prepaid $68/hr and when we were about to leave they said that we had to pay them for an extra 30 mins, which we said we didn't ask for or get. They didn't let us leave! So eventually had to call the cops. Who arrived and got the information from us and asked us to leave without any further payment. Don't ever go there. Worst bunch of people I've ever had to deal with Do not go there!

One of the worst massages ever! Totally tried to get more money out of us. Pushed for an upgrade constantly during the massage. "Take extra half an hour ", " pay extra 10 dollars for hot oil ". The boss lady stormed out and went to my wife's room and started shouting at her because I didn't want to pay for her rubbish upgrades

Not relaxing at all, poor quality, very loud conversation going on next door. Not good and it cost us 168 SGD for the two of us!

my only hope is that this place gets found out before visitors make the mistake of walking in.

Don't go here. 3 flights of stairs. Uncoordinated experience which felt more like a grab for cash than a relaxing retreat. I was so put off I felt compelled to write this review.

Visited this Spa after a long flight, hoping for some relaxation. After climbing up three flights of stairs, we were met by helpful staff and decided on a couples massage.

The massage was average, overpriced and noisy! There seemed to be some renovation work going on and ended up listening to the sound of drilling and hammering throughout my massage which was the complete opposite of the relaxing experience we were hoping for! I would question whether the Spa should be open with this kind of work going on...

My advice, save your money and find a better spa!
