Beautiful skyline at the city centre

You can enjoy the skyline while having dinner. Basically, UOB plaza is office building. There is a Chinese restaurant called Si Chuan Dou Hua on 60th floor.

On the ground floor atrium is a Salvador Dali statue - Homage to Newton - really interesting and not far away is a Henry Moore sculpture - fascinating. UOB Plaza has plenty of places for eating and drinking and is very near to Boat Quay and a nice stroll along the river to see the Merlion.Set in the heart of... More

Arrived early and ordered Peking Duck- served in three style,,, was glad with the service as duck was sliced by cook and assisted by the Manager, ordered herbal soups which was appetizing and flavourful. Great memory as the firework from the indoor stadium is right at the window... cheers

It's located in raffles place. It's the downstairs area of an office building. There is nothing to do here (unless wait if you caught in the rain ). They have some sculptures here by botoro. That's it.

It has a very great view over Singapore, that is the positive part. But when you are up there it just load music, self-service bar and cheap funitiures. I can't understand why they don't do it with class.

UOB Plaza is across Boat Quay and has amazing view where you can sit beside the river. Grab couple of drinks or food with chain of restaurants within 100 meters walk.

Just sit by the river, watch the office workers knock off and leave for home, or seek comfort in one of the nearby pubs and bars. Watch some of them take part in post-work Zumba classes by the river or wait till the lights light up at night. Beautiful place for a stroll

Staying in The Quays

Neighbourhood Profile
The Quays
From Marina Bay, a walk along Singapore River will take you through the three Quays of the city, each offering a very different atmosphere. Boat Quay features historical sites and a buzzing riverfront vibe. Clarke Quay caters to the party crowd, while Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer. Weekends at Robertson Quay and Martin Road also give a peek into the lives of expats in Singapore, as the riverfront teems with joggers, dog walkers, and those getting their caffeine fix over brunch or enjoying a burger and a beer. No matter what you’re up for, the three Quays have something to keep you happy, day or night.
