About
"As Singapore’s largest retail and lifestyle destination, VivoCity is an imposing part of the country’s plethora of shopping options. Located next to the water across from Sentosa Island, the mall is beautifully set up as an easygoing and fun shopping destination. Japanese architect Toyo Ito has made full use of wide open spaces to ensure it is full of vitality and energy, and VivoCity is also home to a series of artworks, has an open-air playground for the kids and a rooftop amphitheatre. Vivo, this mall has it all!!!
May 2021
Singapore hosts a lot of shopping malls within the city and each has its own signature, offerings, shopping options and attractions. Vivo city being the largest mall in Singapore with a floor area of almost 100,000 sqm definitely exceeds my expectation - it has everything and so much more to offer. You could definitely find what you need in one place. For Dining, it caters a lot popular bars, cafes' & restaurants coming from different types of cuisines and types. Not only that some of them has an option for Al Fresco dining with a view of the adjacent Sentosa Island and the sea. And a huge food court is also located on the 3F. For Shopping, it houses a lot of famous brands and is home to a couple of anchor tenants which offer clothing, jewelry, watches, foot wear, electronics, appliances, toys, bookstore, beauty products, etc... For Groceries, there are value chain stores, drug stores and a big supermarket. Huge Cinemas are located on the 2F as well as a big modern library on the 3F. Other attractions include spas, hair salons, dental clinic and being adjacent to Sentosa and strategically located in Harbourfront it has direct connection to Harbourfront Center (adjacent mall) and you can walk via Sentosa Boardwalk or take the Sentosa Express tram at 3F going to Sentosa. On the rooftop there is a Sky Park, and it is designed like a flowing wave made with wooden floor, has a playground and a pool where you could rent a boat. At the center of the mall, exhibits and seasonal holiday decors are placed depending on the holiday and event. Getting to Vivo, it has direct access to Harbourfront MRT station, bus stop, taxis and cable car via Harbourfront Centre. What I love also about this mall are the plentiful toilets, free WIFI, phone chargers and access to nature just around the corner on its west side via the Promenade, a beautiful park facing the sea and connecs to Sentosa Boardwalk (separate review). There's no question about it when I need to eat at my favourite restaurant, do some shopping, watch a movie, read a book, have some me time and/or walk along the sea and nature and many more - Vivo has it all. That's why it has all my needs and surely will always be my favorite mall in SG!!!

Very bad connection
Sep 2020 • Solo
In Vivo city it has no connection at all. At times like this it’s crucial to have good WiFi and network connection seeing that every shop we patronize in, we are require to scan to check in and out. Not all shops are able to scan with ic. My experience in Vivo City was really a nuisance today.😡This was not the first time I experienced this problem.

Why lock your doors at the Rooftop when your restaurants are still open?
Sep 2020 • Family
1. We patronise your mall every week as we visit the Dancing Crab and Ali Jiang. It rained heavily for the past 2 Saturdays and yet the glass doors are shut. We have to walk through the rain to get into the mall.

2. Taxi stand and pick up point water leak especially during heavy rain.

Please fix this problems. You have lots of people struggling to get into their cars, private hires or taxis.

Queue Cutting, Non-compliance to safety distancing at Vouchers CS
Sep 2020
CS Had a voucher giveaway but many people were queue cutting and resulting in others not having their chance, management did not comply with safety distancing rules and staffs did not account for vouchers and restrict queue cutting, resulting in many customers queueing for 2.5hrs like a donkey and was told no more vouchers. Nice gimmick to fool your customers to queue and this is not ethical business practice. Had informed CASE and NEA.

Modern and unique architecture
Jun 2019 • Couples
This is a very cool shopping mall to visit. The architecture is very open and definitely nontraditional. There are so many stores and food places here. It’s not where you would go to find the cheapest food or shopping, but it is definitely quite entertaining. This is also where you can take the Sentosa express to Sentosa island.
