Had a great time visiting the Sandalwood Room. Some of the most exquisite artifacts from India - especially South India. The owner is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur who is now living her passion - and seemed very courteous to all those who entered the store! If you have a half-hour in Singapore - this store is a great place... More

The Sandalwood Room was a pleasant surprise in Singapore. I had not expected this kind of ambience in any shop here. This store had come highly recommended by a friend but it surpassed my expectations. It is full of pretty handmade things for fashion and home and I spent more than an hour shopping for my family. It is a... More

I did all my shopping under one roof at The Sandalwood Room. Picked up stuff for my son and husband , pampered myself and picked up gifts. Loved the earthy ambience, just my kind of place. Oh and I got to save some money from the Diwali vouchers ! That was cool. Highly recommended because it's a well curated boutique.

I had been to Singapore recently and had some time to kill so I thought I would shop for a few things I needed for home. I started with Orchard Road and soon got bored of the same predictability of high street shopping! I had spent 2 hours browsing and started to feel hungry. I had heard about the Red... More

Singapore meant Sentosa, Jurong Bird Park, and loads of shopping! We had already made a list of places to visit and were excited by the prospect of walking around. My first visit with the kids! Day 3 in Singapore - my friend recommended a visit to a very unique store - The Sandalwood Room. I kept postponing it until the... More

We stopped off for a day in Singapore before going on a 10-day round-trip cruise from there to other South-east Asian countries. During our earlier visits to Singapore, we had been to the various tourist spots there and this time, we were looking for a unique place to shop. Having heard about the ' Sandalwood Room' which had opened fairly... More

This is a one of a kind shop and has so many beautiful things from all over the world. A great place to buy a gift for someone or even indulge in yourself. A bonus is the Art Gallery at the end of the shop.
