We decided to do the Duck on the afternoon we arrived in Singapore to get our bearings. Really great way to quickly see around the Bay area. Went back the next day and got a 2 day pass on the Hippo so that we could visit Chinatown, Kampong Glam & Little India. We were a bit disorganised and brought the... More

We bought a 72 hour ticket combined with a Duck Tour and thought the whole package very good value. Gives flexible hop-on hop-off routes around the city meaning you rarely need to take a taxi.

First time arriving in Singapore? After check-in at your Hotel you should ask for the next bus stop of HiPPOTOURS. Go there and wait for the next Arrival (every 15 minutes). Join the bus and buy your 24/48 hour ticket at the captain of the bus. You now can use the 7 lines of HiPPO for 24/48 h unlimited. The... More

We have always used these buses all around the world, as they give you such a great overall view of the city. All over the world they have well signed pick up points, but not in Singapore, if you have bad eye sight you would not be able to read the tiny, tiny print labelling on the map for the... More

I've been to Singapore on about three occasions, but it was not til I took the Duck and Hippo bus tour around the city with my wife on a recent short holiday that I really understood the size, shape and diversity of the city. The Duck and Hippo tours are cleverly constructed around a network of overlapping tours which can... More

Different to your traditional open top bus tour you spend about 50 mins sailing around the Singapore marina basin and then a similar time viewing some landmarks from the roadside. It is a querky thing to do and very enjoyable. Good value for money I booked on line before we visited Singapore and it works out slightly cheaper.

Best way to see the city and some of its attractions stop of at the Indian quarter, then the Chinese area, visit a temple when and how you wish to do it

We took the two day pass so that we could ride all of the daytime lines and hop off to see what we wanted to. It was a great way to get your bearings, learn a little history and do some sight seeing. We hopped off several places and it was very easy to get back on and continue our... More

Visited Singapore and decided to take the bus tour. I went the red and green routes on the 43 dollar day pass. It was enjoyable and well narrated though the driver did seem to be a race on some legs of the trip. Covered most of the popular sights, Chinatown, Indian , Malaysian districts as well as by the bay.... More

This is must see for kids. This bus goes on both land and water. So there is some sort of excitement. You also do a city tour along. Get ticket in advance and sit in front. can be taken once. It leave from Singapore flyer.
