First time being here to watch G-Idle Concert, amazing place where lots of Darrent outlets downstairs with MRT and easy assess to grab. Sound check is fantastic with side seating and can accompany 5 thousand crowd. Lovely ambience with great performance by G-Idle. 😀😀

Now that I know this place is owned by a church, I understand why: a) the seats are uncomfortable AF, and b) there's no Wi-Fi available for attendees
This place is what one would call "out in the 'burbs". Not that I've driven there personally, but the best way is by MRT because it's right off the Buona Vista MRT station.
If you're in the nosebleed section, you have to take multiple escalators (3 or 4) to get to there.

It is located in Star Vista, a mall where you can find all sorts of food before the start of a concert. The seats are comfortable and has a nice atmosphere.

Went there for day6 concert. Best place for concert or any event. I love it, very spacious. But for muslims, you need to find first aid room to perform prayer, you guys also can put your items in cloakroom at level 5.

Let me start with the good points first, the concert hall is nice, chairs are comfortable and everything inside the hall are as they should be, comparable to other similar venues.
However that's where the good points end. The reason people go for a show or a concert is for an overall experience. Otherwise why should someone pay hundreds of dollars to see a performer when the same can be seen free of cost online.
The experience includes both the experience inside as well as outside. Inside is ok, but outside is where this place is extremely terrible.
We went for a show that was supposed to start at 930pm and eventually started at 1030 because the place was so crowded that everyone simply could not be seated by 930. The capacity is 5000 I guess, and there are only 2 escalators going up. I have posted the pictures of the crowds at 930 and it's crazy. As an aside, not sure if they have planned the safety exits properly here, can god help all in case of an emergency and everyone has to be evacuated.
Apart from that, there is very limited parking etc in the mall and around, but someone has already mentioned that in another review.
So I would suggest only go to this venue if it's a performer you really really cannot live without watching and are willing to forget everyone else .
Otherwise simply avoid.

Was there to watch Josh Groban’s concert in Feb 2019.
It was a nice theater. Certainly quite big. Could accommodate about 5 thousand people. Side by side to a mall.
Advisable to order grab or go car after a performance at night, as taxi were not much or actually hired.

Been here a few times for concerts but it all depends what was communicated to the artists. If they make the music too loud it affects everything else but so much better than other places in singapore

Ushers were very helpful and informative.
Was ushered to the seats we had. We were glad that we had Cat 1 seats for the concert. Could see the stage and performers up close. The hall was very very big. Up another floors?
Toilets were plenty, however not on the floor we were on. Need to go out of hall and down one level for nearest washrooms.
Parking at the basement was a breeze with ample parking. Lift lobby A went directly up to L3 for box office. And it was in service from L5 after our concert.

Hi, I am Ines and I'm from Indonesia. I am planning to attend the Troye Sivan's BLOOM TOUR concert which will be held on May 3rd 2019. I have some preferable seats in mind, they are between Stalls D Row DL or Circle 1-N Row ND. Do you have any recommendation for me?
Since this is my first concert in my whole life and I want to experience the best moment, I hope I won't regret with the choice I made.
I am looking forward for your kind advice. Thank you very much.
