When we saw the table, previous customer just left, the table was still full of used crokery. Mr Veloo approached us immediately and get a staff to clear the table. It was only for the lounge access which I should have read more carefully. With that being said the concierge, Steven, went out of his way to make me comfortable during my 18 hour lay over. Disappointed, I read good reviews was looking forward to the visit. The shower was nice it was at the hotel across from the lounge, no waiting. Food was disappointing, very limited choice. You are only allowed 2 alcoholic drinks, they give you vouchers. When I went back for my second beer, I gave the lady the voucher and she still questioned me about it. Walked out and went to another lounge. Give it a miss.

Booking.com had me booked as i understood a small single bed room
turned out to be just the lounge, but not what the booking said,
than charged me another $330 for what i saw was a backpackers dorm,
so wanted my money back,
Staff took me over to the motel side and booked us in, as if the room as printed was deceptive then i should be compo,
I ended up paying $400 for a full room but wasted 4 hrs of my time while im in transit at Singapore, something dodgy going on here

Ambassador Transit Lounge T2 were the best experience ever. The place is so clean, quiet and tranquil ambience. The manager on duty Steven Tan were very friendly, accommodating and super understanding how tired we were after 16+ hours flight. Checked us in without any hassle. The guys on the floor were so friendly too. Topping up some fresh food for us. Keeping the Place so clean around the clock with smile 😊. We will continue to come back to visit Steven and his staffs again in nearest future. I love going places where they know me by my “name”

The worst lounge I've been to while in Singapore. The restrooms in the lounge are dirty and worse than the public restrooms outside the lounge. The lounge supervisor was rude and unwelcoming and kept checking with us about our remaining lounge time far before we needed to leave. There was a lack of food options (only salad), and the supervisor and facilities generally left a lot to be desired.

Arrived after midnight. Welcome was less than enthusiastic. Seating is all very uncomfortable. Only the most rigid upright 'lounges' have access to charging points. Lighting is harsh and the background music is nothing short of annoying. We'd have been better booking a bed in a transit hotel tbh.

Not much space, loud, no comfortable bench seat. To eat, very little choice and almost nothing at 8:30 pm. No more nems, no more apero biscuit, the pasta is cold, hardly any dessert. Forks had to be demanded. Non-stop dish noise impossible to doze off. Award is quite high, package 3 hours + 20€ per hour +. We've known a lot better. Disappointing for an airport like Singapore. Too bad because the person has a very nice home

Visited this lounge for the first time, am very disappointed with the selection of food. Really is pathetic. As a priority pass owner who actually will be charged usd 30 per entry, this is appalling. There are no service man around to assist. Very poorly managed. Far cry from SATs lounges I usually visit.

As a frequent traveler to Changi, I will not use this lounge anymore unless this is complementary and with no other choices.

My wife and I are due to arrive at Changi from Brisbane at 00:10 on 7/12/17 on route to Colombo. Colombo flight is at 22:35 on 7/12/17. We can send unaccompanied luggage directly to Colombo.
Do you have a suitable plan for us to rest / sleep, shower, eat etc until we check in for the Colombo flight? If so can you provide an estimate of the costs.

That's quite a long layover....you may want to consider the Transit Hotel opposite the Lounge - a bit more expensive but more facilities I believe. Not tried it myself.

i m catching a flight to Jakarta with SQ (dont know which terminal) - where exactly is this hotel? do we have to go inside the airport ? do we need a boarding pass to check into this hotel? do we need a boarding pass to even go to the hotel? Please advice.

Yes, you must be inside the terminal to access this lounge. You don't need a boarding pass. It is situated on the arm of the airport (Changi airport is a huge U shape) where the butterfly enclosure is, quite near it, on Level 2.There are information boards (with maps) everywhere or ask at the information desk (they are very nice) once you enter the terminal.
