A pleasant 2.5 km walk from the west to east entrance (one-way) along the main path. The highlight will be walking along the smaller paths, which are well marked and let you reach the small, clean Beaches A to E along the way.

Also walk the boardwalk with an opportunity to sight various birds, snails snd crab.

The west promenade has steps to sit by the seaside and enjoy the cool breeze.

The park is open from 7am-7pm, with a toilet closer to the east entrance (currently closed for msintenance). Reaching the West entrance from Punggol Settlement is the easiest option, from where you can begin your exploration of the island. Easy to spend about 3 hours in the midst of nature

Reaching the entrance can be a bit confusing, so check properly and go.

A good place to have a peaceful outing (walking, cycling, relaxing). If one carries food, they need to be careful as monkeys are waiting and watching you all the way (I and my friend was attacked by a huge group of monkeys in the middle of the island, and we had to throw in all the food that we got).

Best Part: There are mini beach spots where one can sit and relax, watch the waves hit the shores.

I don't remember Coney / Serangoon Island is so big of about 2.5km length & 0.6km width. During my early year, you can just take less than 30minutes to go round the island. Now is a good place to cycle, jog & walk.

Thankful that they decide to keep this place as pristine and in natural state as possible. Gives a feeling of some untouched nature. Enjoyable for cycling or stroll, nice to discover the little pockets of green in this concrete jungle and basking in nature

Coney Island is almost an oasis in the middle of Singapore's beautiful buildings and high tech urbanism.

The main gravel path crosses the island from one end to the other, with smaller ones branching from it. Sandy beaches dots the island outter side and there are nice steps on the northwestern end where you can seat and appreciate the view (it's also basically the only sign of "urbanization" in the whole island).

Make sure to bring food and drinks if you plan to stay for a while, as there's nowhere to buy them once you go past the gates.

Another visit here in March 2020 for a walk in the late afternoon on a weekend. It's now quite a popular place, but there are still many sections where you can avoid the crowds and enjoy the nature. Closes at 7pm so make sure you're out by then.

Hi good day! are you a nature lover? If yes, I would like to recommend you to visit Coney Island, Singapore. There are variety of things that you can do in the Island, Like:
1. Cycling, if you don’t have your own bike you can rent one in Punggol settlement, prices depends on what kind of bike and for how many hours you will have to rent it;

2. If you love Nature Trekking you will definitely enjoy it here;

3. Take delight of the Beaches (just beware of sandflies);

4. Nature photography (the place is picturesque)

5. Bird watching and many more...

You will certainly enjoy the place especially together with your friends, families, love ones, colleagues, etc.

Tips for visiting the Island:

1. The park is closed from 7pm to 7am.

2. Terrain is rugged at parts and may be unsuitable for younger children.

3. Please wear long pants and covered shoes for protection from insects such as sandflies.

4. Please bring water and sunscreen with you when you visit the park.

5. Do keep to the designated trails and appreciate any animals you may see from afar. If you encounter Long-tailed Macaques, keep a safe distance and do not feed them.

6. Do avoid visiting the park during a storm, or seek shelter immediately if it rains while you are within the park.

7.Please remember to take only what you have brought in, and leave nothing behind but footprints.

Here’s how to get to Coney Island:

From Punggol interchange, take bus 84 to Punggol Point Park/Punggol Settlement. Walk about 450m east along the Punggol Promenade Nature Walk to get to Coney Island Park West Entrance.

I hope you will enjoy your visit like we do, with my fiancé. We will definitely come to this place again and spend time with our friends.

Unlike other Singapore islands, this one is determined to be as natural as possible. There are no vendors, no shops, nothing.

Bring your own water and food, and keep the place. Do not litter the area.

Most people access this island from the end of Punggol Road, just a short walk past the Punggol Settlements complex, cross the causeway to the island park.

Follow the path to your left, and you will be at the fringe of the island, you can walk along the steps and look across to Pulau Ubin, if you're lucky, you can see big ship sails by.

The island is quite big by Singapore standard, so you want to be well prepared and spent some hours there, it can get quite hot in Singapore, but there are many trees and huts for some shades.

Had a nice hike at coney island. The walking and cycling pathways are quite adequate. There are a few routes to the beach and you can see Pulau Ubin from there. The place is quite scenic and you will see interesting wildlife n insects if you are lucky. Don't forget your sunscreen and insect repellent!

Great place to take a stroll and enjoy the nature with beaches along the northern side of the island. The round trip in the Island is 4.8km and open 7am to 7pm.
