Clearly this mall and office block are designed and built for locals rather than visitors. Singapore is over-retailed, repetitive and duplicate retail formats snd formula; devoid of freshness and innovation. Not worth a visit as it is out of the way even if it is next to Paya Kebar Mrt.

This is pretty new as opened just around 1-2 years back. It is mainly to serve the Neighbourhood so don't expect much fancy retailers here.

Simple mall with a supermarket and a handful of eateries. Not a place for retail shopping. A convenient mall to get basic necessities, groceries, and meals

I am not impressed at all I was expecting a big mall with many shops but suddenly I understood it is a poor mall, made by third choice shops and annoying restaurants.
