Definitely worth a visit when you are in Pucon. We rode bicycles there. That was an adventure but the scenery is explicit

Right after Trancura, on the way to Caburgua Lake, you won't miss it on your left side. There are 2 different entrance. Last time I entered from the second entrance which I consider a bit nicer. This week I entered the first entrance, it costs...More

We were invited to a private home on the lake, it is beautiful. Ideal place to rent a cabin or house for the summer. It was winter when I visited but still there were people sailing on the lake.

Worth a stop in, the trails are well maintained, the falls aren't spectacular but are very pretty, probably the best time of day to visit would be when the sun is overhead to get the best view of the intensely blue waters...

This place is a short walk from the highway This would be easily part of a trip to Caburgua. There is a nominal fee. The path is very slippery so be careful and wear good shoes

Cheap day out, Just take the bus from Pucon (opposite JAC). 1,000pesos entry fee and then you can walk the boardwalks and explore. The pools and ojos are SO BLUE. Fleshing mini trip if you want to get out of town

The place is very small and the circuit and the water are dirty. On the other hand, you have to pay to see it and walk in a really small place, so it's not worth it.

You can't really appreciate the falls unless you see the Lake from which it they flow. The river from the lake flows underground for miles before spilling out from its source into these lovely clear blue falls. I was happy to learn that they have...More

The water fall is not that high up. Actually you climb down to get to it. It's basically a few rivers that collide into the beautiful setting.
