The site is very easy to reach on a main road it’s only about 15/20 minutes from our hostel in Plaza de Armas. It was free to enter when we came today (Tuesday) I am not sure if that is subject to change but all...More

Just enjoy your time climbing to the top. Breathe some fresh air, take some pictures. Have some drinks during the stops. When you're up there on the top, appreciate the view. If you're in the company of a significant other, hold them close and give...More

Nice slow climb to the top with a good view - cable car view is better. But this one is free. Landscaping needs work.

Our flight was delayed and we had a day to fill another day in Santiago (oh shame!), so we chose Cerro Sta Lucia for a quick visit. It was amazing. A surprising island of tranquility in the busy city, filled with gardens and flowers and...More

This site is a “large” hill on the east edge of the city centre. There are lots of steps and steepish paths to negotiate as you climb to the top. You get great views of the city however. We went in about 55pm and it...More
