Altos de Cantillana is a wonderful mountain region a 1,5 hour ride away from Santiago de Chile. It is not a public nationalpark area, that is why you do not find any tourists and trekking within wild nature with some rivers crossing, endemic flora and fauna is guaranteed. This tour is ideal as a 1 or 2 days trip from Santiago. You can sleep in a tent in the middle of this private national reserve surrounded by mountains.
