A fun experience. The instructor spoke english. We shopped at the local markets, which was a good experience. The recipes are all simple enough that you can cook them at home with normal ingredients. The facilities were great. When I booked it, I thought it was a bit expensive (40,000 pesos). But it took about 5 hours, and was lots... More

Very happy with our cooking class experience. I loved most that we went to the local market place to select our ingredients before a very detailed, hands on and interesting demonstration of how to cook a handful of local dishes. Left very full and content.

This experience is a must if you like chilian food and want to learn more about it. Carolina is the best teacher, not just about food, but with chilian culture in general. Martin is also a sweet. I recommend this class to everyone.

My cooking lesson with Ines was great fun. After shopping for the ingredients at the central market, she guided me through each step of preparing a delicious lunch of scallops with cream and white wine, fresh salsa, charquican (a vegetable stew), empanadas and fresh fruit with palm honey. We had Chilean Sauvignon Blanc with the scallops and a robust Chilean... More

I've taken cooking classes in several different places and this was the best one. Chef Ines was an amazing teacher, great food, and tons of fun (and reasonable priced). Highly recommend!!

Our teacher, Ines, was thoughtful and a good teacher. First she had us choose a menu from a well designed book of photographed choices. Then we had a walk through the market. We cooked for next 2-3 hours, and then ate all the wonderful school

Met with our fantastic chef, Carolina, to plan our menu and then head to the market for fresh ingredients. Prepared delicious Chilean dishes under her guidance. Ate what we could along with homemade pisco sours. A delightful and memorable experience

My husband and I did the cooking class in Valparaiso and enjoyed every bit of it. We were two couples and had great fun learning how to cook the typical Chilean dishes like pastel de choclo, pebre and Ceviche. Also the Pisco Sour was actually made by us and one of the best I had so far! Going to the... More
