This area, although a bit hilly, is a lovely place to stroll and soak up the local ambiance. There are many cafes and eateries available too!

The few walk are very interesting . Houses with graffiti, restaurant museum. Very nice view of the city and port. Great spot for photo shoot.

The best way to get there is with the Peral lift that rides up to the Cerro Conception from Plaza Sotomayor, where there is an underground parking. The run is cheap. The Paseo is pleasant, with few historical building and a nice view. From there...More
