Our trip to Machu Picchu would have been much improved if we had been facing the direction of the train and were able to see out the windows. The windows were so fogged up it was difficult to see the scenery. We took the 6:40am train on the way there and returned at 7pm. The return trip was amazing since... More

Inca Rail was a great way to travel from Cusco to Machu Picchu. The staff made it easy to purchase tickets, navigate grounds and ensure we were headed in the right direction. The service on board was exceptional. Thank you for helping make our trip to Peru unforgettable!

The train was really nice and it's quite on time! The staff were all helpful and good at English, which is such a bless for non-Spanish speakers like me! It's definitely a great experience.

Also the feeling that there are no other way to get to Machu Picchu than the train gives a certain feeling. The eating and drinking as such was OK. The food... More

Friendly and courteous staff combined with an upgrade to First Class made this a great trip to Machu.Picchu. Train was on time and very comfortable. On board service was great. A bit limiting with the luggage you can take but then Inca has the best allowance of all the available services.

We took the train in Ollantaytambo Station, overall rating is good. It's small room for foot expansion and only 1.5 hrs journey costed us USD 65. Compare with other transportation, the price is expensive because of monopoly.

Everything was good but you need to serve better snack options. The snacks were hard and couldn't be eaten.

The service was good, the train was clean. Cars smaller and with fewer windows than Peru rail but enjoyed the ride.
