A Peru Must See

Definitely worth the trip...you could easily spend a day exploring! If you can, spend at least your day checking this place out.

A small plaza across from one church and two exquisite hotels, the Plaza doesn't have much to offer except a few stores and entry to MAP. Not a destination in its own right.

This is the square our Hotel was located on, so we spent a good amount of time there. It is very safe, quiet, yet often children play games there, but overall very quiet. Don't waste any time looking at the art that many vendors come by asking for you to purchase. They say they did the art, but they did... More

Nice to sit and chill for a while, few cafes around the edge and some expensive shops, which cater for the upmarket hotels in this square

This nice picturesque little square is surrounded by luxury hotels. Worth a stop even if you are not staying there.

Not a very popular destination, so it is less crowded. But it is very plaza! Good restaurants are located near the plaza. So on the way, visit this plaza!

Take the narrow alley on your left when looking frontally onto Cusco Cathedrals, and at a short walking distance through a cozy and not too steeped cobble stone way you will reach this beautiful square. There are two of the most luxurious hotels of Cusco. Las Nazarenas and El Monasterio, as well as some fine restarurants and nice shops.

No real reason to see it unless you are staying around here or coming to see the Pre Columbian Art museum. Surrounded by nice 5 star hotels and some fancy stores.

An old convent beautifully converted, with a pool, impressive spa, historic artifacts and excellent service. Even if you're not staying here, stop in for a quick tour. You'll be glad you did.

This plaza is very small with a little bit green area. There are two busts in the park part, but it is nothing to write home about. The two hotels off the plaza are amazing structures as one was a Monastery and the other a Palace.
