We stayed in Miraflores for five nights and walked around extensively. Beautiful beach but of course in June was cooler than other part of Lima. No worries of pick pockets, but lots of homeless cats & dogs.

My husband and I took a walking tour of this neighborhood and stayed here during our time in Peru. There are a number of cozy cafes, affordable and delicious restaurants, and breathtaking beach vistas. Spend some time walking near the ocean. You won't regret it!

We stayed in Miraflores for two days. It's a cozy part of town, right at the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants.
