Food is how we share the love for our country and the best part is its diverse, fun and unique. We have several options for lunches and dinners, in fact some of the dishes are meant to be eaten during specific times of the day. We arrange transportation, guide you to the customized experience you are looking for and of course you can take pictures. Our tours go beyond simply showing up to a restaurant to eat, we are committed to providing a gastronomic experience. We promise a delicious and enjoyable time adding another dimension to your stay in the wonder Peru!Because arrangements are unique, rates depend on your specific needs. Our services are custom made for your requirements.

Ericka was super busy and still made time to meet with me on my last day and was nice enough to introduce me to chefs and other foodies in the Lima community. She has a great network of food industry people that serious foodies can learn a lot from and taste the best of Lima!

Ericka showed us a great time in Lima. A local woman- famous for her delicious soup- served us her special Chicken soup as well as Peruvian chicken and rice. We tasted delicious ceviche. Tried a variety of chocolate. And- the highlight- a tasting menu at one of Peru's most famous restaurants where we met the chef!

I wanted a broad food tasting experience of Peruvian flavours and was delighted by Ericka's guidance. Getting to meet a famous chef like Gaston Acurio was very special. A few new foods like Cuy and sea urchins were a treat. Exploring the local markets in both Lima and Cusco was fantastic. Best bread in over a year! I also enjoyed... More

Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We visited four great restaurants in and around Mire Flores and Barranco. There were 12 people on the tour in total. Our guide Lourdes was very knowledgeable and spoke impeccable English. We enjoyed every bite and particularly enjoyed learning to make plantain Cerviche at Aramas. Thoroughly recommend this tour for foodies visitibg... More

Our guide picked us up at our hotel and drove us in her car, which made it incredibly easy for us as tourists. Ericka was a wonderful host and created a tour based on our tastes. It was so great to be driven around the city to wonderful markets and restaurants by a local insider. The food was amazing, the... More

This food tour was one of the best things we did in Peru. Delicious food, insider knowledge of restaurants and chefs, wonderful guide to local fruits at an otherwise overwhelming market. Highly recommended for foodies or anyone!

I had a wonderful experience with the tour today. The coffee and breakfast sandwich were lovely, short tour of Barranco and the market was interesting, the pisco sour and ceviche class was excellent, and the meal at the restaurant was outstanding. Our guide was very knowledgeable, informative, and personable. I'd highly recommend this tour for those who loves food or... More

Our guide Loudres was knowledgeable and friendly. The logistics and the transportation were comfortable. The tour includes a visit to a gourmet cafe, fruit and seafood market, a pisco sour and ceviche making class and a lunch at a nice restaurant overlooking an archaeological site.

Erika created the tour to perfectly match our needs and wants. She was caring and personal and even booked us into a very delicious restaurant for dinner, and took us to a coffee shop to enjoy some freshly ground Peruvian coffee.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Ericka La Madrid, proprietor of Delectable Peru. Ericka greeted our group as if we were long-time friends and proceeded to take us on a culinary adventure that was far beyond our expectations. She made us feel at home everywhere we went, as if we were getting special, behind-the-scenes access reserved for her... More
