Yes, I believe so. Ours was arranged before hand but when we arrived there were guides at the gate that were soliciting. I'm pretty sure that any one of these guides would be appropriate.

With the the new rules as of July 2017 you would be set for the 6-12 time slot and couldn't stay after that. I would recommend staying in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town) to maximize your time at Machu Picchu. If you... More

The difficulty is going up Machu Picchu but if you can climb then I think you can still make it. If you have problem with knees or balance then it would be very challenging. Make sure you have travel insurance.
