This place is an excellent little artesanía and jewerally shop in Urubamba. Mario and Juanita are 2 of the nicest people I have met, and made me feel like one of the family during the time I was living in Urubamba. The jewerally is beautiful, mostly hand-made and reasonably priced. The ring-making classes were especially fun, and only 40 Soles... More

My wife and our 11 year old have been living in Urubamba for the past two months. In my packing for Peru. I only packed 1 pair of pants as we originally had planned on a six month stay in the jungle. Now I find I wear them almost daily. On our first visit to town I found a 2... More

We came across Mario and Juanita's jewelry store on our last day in Urubamba. Our whole group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children ages 11-14) were welcomed with warm smiles and small gifts. Then, Mario and Juanita patiently and proudly exhibited their collection of handmade earnings, necklaces and rings. Their prices were very reasonable, and there was never any... More

My kids ages 9 and 12, along with their cousins ages 8 and 6, made beautiful silver rings with the help of Mario. He was an amazing and patient instructor and the kids had a blast! Not only did we have the best experience, Mario's prices were very reasonable. His jewelry is also so beautiful. Don't miss it, it's worth... More

We made our own rings at the ring workshop with Mario. He was so kind and patient, and my ring turned out beautifully! Such a treat!

Juanita and her daughter had a displace of their jewelry at the villa we were staying at in Urubamba. My friend was more interesting in purchasing some jewelry than I was after a long day of touring the Sacred Valley. Juanita made it so easy for me to pick out some beautiful pieces of jewelry that I ended up buying... More

After going though many shops and market stalls all around the Cusco area, we could find exactly the pair of earrings and bracelet that we wanted and for a reasonable price. We ended up passing by this little jewellery shop and found lots to choose from with original designs that we had not seen before. We felt absolutely no pressure... More

My boyfriend and I were walking the streets of Urubamba looking for a laundry when we stumbled across Mario and Juana's gorgeous little store! We were amazed to finally have found true Artisan's at work creating really unique pieces of jewellery right in front of your eyes! As you will know being in Cusco, Aguas Caliente, Lima, etc you will... More

Mario and Juanita make their own jewelery, and do a fine job of it. I was in there shope one evening while Mario was giving a demonstration on ring making to a small group of other tourists. It turned out that each of the people watching were going to make their own rings with Marios help. This sounded like a... More
