A must do when in Rarotonga. We went to the Saturday market and it was buzzing. Lots of food, locals selling coconuts, fish, fruit, clothing and art/crafts. I loved watching the young kids dancing in the cultural show performed at the market.

When in Raro you must visit the Saturday Morning Market in Avarua. You'll get all your locally made souvenirs here plus have a bite to eat of local cuisine.

Good to wander around and see the local fruits & veggies - good selection of cooked food and drinks / smoothies to buy. Selection of arts and crafts to view / purchase.
