Showcase piece none the less.. Some magnificent wooden structures on the complex that are very old and still around after so many yrs of communism.. The temple complex has little religious value today but to understand history... And original culture, must visit..

fairly average sight to see, the history of buddhism in North korea, of course now religion doesnt exist in North korea anymore, we asked one of the guides and they said there was 15 buddhist monks in North korea and they were at this temple, i not sure they really are monks more like they and dressed like monks for... More
