A statue of some significance in terms of the resistance towards the end of World War 2. Good depiction of the fighters involved.

Wherever you are you find a monument like this. I am sure that it is important for locals, perhaps not so much for tourists. But it is nice to see it.

nothing interesting to see. just a monument like in the picture. it is said to have been of a partizan that fell for the country but nobody knew his name.

This monument is located about in a park about 80 yards from the e'them bey mosque and the clock tower.

Communism era statue, propably someday it will be more important to Tirana. Today it serves more as a local point of orientation to the city.

Maybe Tirana will become famous one day for it being one of the few places in the world where there is still socialist realism art to be found.

nothing special something made during the communist regime with no value or tourist attraction for thous curious in realism communist art. the place around is noisy and dirty

I went there about noon expecting to see workers lined up looking for work, but only saw a bunch of old men sitting on park benches. The monument itself was probably worth a photo, but was not memorable. Luckily it is just a few feet...More

The place is to populated and it isn't clean enough and the part around is full of real estate agents, mason, porter etc. seeking work. It isn't a quite panoramic place like it has to be.
