From road side the pyramid is tatty and in need of some tlf. Still very eye catching and interesting, just needs a little work

... but this structure is interesting. It is, certainly, dilapidated and (for all intents and purposes) abandoned. Some might consider it an eyesore. I consider it a lesson for potential tyrants.

An important communist monument, once intended as a shrine to Enver Hoxha, then converted into an art exhibition facility, the pyramid once was a vibrant part of life in Tirana. It's a sad scene today for those of us who remember it as it was.

Only viewed from the outside. It is disgracefully maintained and most of the marble cladding is missing. The city should either restore it or replace it. It is a blot on the landscape.

This memorial to Hoxha is sadly crumbling away and in urgent need of either repair or demolition.Easy to find as it is rather large and on one of the main streets
