Standing opposite the parliament building, this very large, detailed statue is certainly worth seeing. Very intriguing and detailed sculpure is carved into the plinth beneath the main statue.

The statue represent the Tsar who won Bulgaria back from the Ottoman Empire. There was a guy cleaning the whole time and flowers everywhere. In front is the Russian building. Cool
