Ilica is the longest street in Zagreb. Its nice place for long walks, especialy during summer or spring. Back in a days, there wasnt so many shops and restorants, but today you caln find lots of places to visit. Route from main square to Crnomerec is perfect walk.

One of the best street in the world. It looks like the streets from New York & Paris or Istanbul. Definitely recommended!

I don't know what all the hype is about this street. It's just a series of retails outlets along either side of a relatively narrow street that is made even narrower by trams. It's not a particular attractive street, either. As for the sidewalks ... not sure if there's a precise word in Croatian for 'sidewalk'. This morning, whizzing by... More

Ok for a spot of shopping but not a pretty street nor much else to do. You can access Jelačić Square, Cvjetni square, the funicular to the Upper town from Ilica bit seriously not a big deal street. Beware of the trams running down the street in both directions :). Tkalčićeva street and the various squares are much more fun... More

Ilica is the longest street in Zagreb. It is starting on a main city square and finish at the outskirts. This is a high street for retailers. If you a looking for shopping this is it

One of the longest shopping streets in the city with oddly enough a lot of shoe stores. Nothing special though

Ilica has to be Zagreb's most known street. Great architecture, close to the main square of Ban Jelačić, lots of great restaruants and cafes. Lots of grocery stores, clothing stores, pastery shops, museums, bars that turn to clubs at night etc. When visiting Zagreb it's simply not possible to skip this street since it's like the main vein of the...
