We were strolling all around in this was near the Old Town. It is a beautiful old building with glass included in dome. It used to be a palace but I think it is a bank now.

This is a beautiful building in Bucharest located near Old Town. It's on Calea Victoriei and directly across the street from the Museum of Romanian History. It was meant to be used as an exhibit space but somehow became and remained a bank.
