This is perhaps the largest church in Bucharest and is not to be missed. As with all the religious sights, the interior is quite breath taking and a sight not to be missed in Bucharest.

This attraction is about ten minutes walk from south of old town. Includes several buidings (church and two buidings I think that non-visitable). Church is nice. The walk from old town is nice also. You could not take photos.

Very quiet and relaxing place, where you can witness the local tradition, especially if you visit during some holidays.

The interior is worth spending some time looking at. We had a very knowledgeable guide so learned a lot about the history of the church and surrounding lands/buildings.

The cathedral is beautiful inside, and the artwork on the dome is fantastic. It's an active church, and I came on a Sunday, so people were worshipping as well. Would recommend checking out this church if you are wandering around by the Parliament building.
