Not tourist friendly!

This one was OK, but it was really small. And when I went inside the babushka was up in arms about something. I don't know what I did but she was really angry about something.

There is nothing to see here but a fence around the place where archaeological excavations have been going on for who knows how many years. I think the plan is to eventually have something that you can see, but with the lack of money that the Ukrainian government currently has, and all of the other things that need money, I... More

This masonry cross-domed church in Kievan Rus was First. The walls are completely destroyed during Mongol conquest at December 1240. Digging started at 17th century. This place was pseudo-Byzantine construction, but Revolution to destroy it, as having no historical value and to carry out archeological excavations continued. Now is tourist closed area. 10th century temple reconstructed has not started yet.
