Its an upscale bar, with $8 cocktails, nice decor, Porsches in the parking lot. The drinks were very good, the bartenders really nice. No dance floor- you just dance by your cocktail table, which has its pros and cons. But on this Saturday, after one set of salsa music, there was nothing but endless loud merengue. The night at Li-bar was one of the best nights while in Panama city .... The atmosphere was fantastic and staff so friendly and entertaining!! The manager Jorge was serving us and made our evening with his 'dancing' and attentive manner, we couldn't fault a thing. It wasn't easy to find this place. We were looking for a club with Spanish/Salsa music, but it appears that top 40, electronic and house, reggaeton are more popular in Panama. The few Spanish music clubs we were directed to were on Calle Uruguay, sort of the "hang out" place for youth with a bunch of restaurants, bars and clubs.... More

Im from Puerto Rico I visit Panama at least one's a year for vacations, Libar is a must stop for me, the ambience is great. Excelent service, chic athmosphere, great music, great drinks, what else could I ask for... many good memories. Roberto
