Our group of sixteen adventurers stayed at the Canopy Tower in the midst of the park and spent four days hiking the roads and trails inside the park. It is a wondrous example of nature at is best. We saw a kaleidoscopic rainbow of tropical...More

This park is so lush and beautiful. It's also very humid and the mosquitoes are real! But we had a great time and were able to see a ton of birds and learn about different plants - thank Alex! I even went for a run...More

We walked all trails, seeing all kinds of birds and small animals, even one monkey near the base of the tower. Also heard the howler monkeys in the distance. we took many pictures here and the hummingbirds were awesome.

A great way to see the natural world against one of mankind's greatest engineering feats. The inlets around the canal and Charges river provide greta opportunities for spotting monkeys, birds and crocodiles, whilst huge container ships pass on the canal. Also very interesting to see...More

This wide, unpaved, generally level road cuts through a jungle filled with birds. But I highly recommend hiring a guide, because the birds can be difficult to spot and even harder to identify, especially if you are new to birding in the tropics. Due to...More
