Wide beach, a little parking, life guards, and tucked away is a great kids playground (hidden gem). This is the beach to be at for a sunrise. Highly recommended. You and your family will remember it.

Uncrowded easy to get to beach. Relatively clean. Sea lions kept us entertained while we were there.

Walked out of our house and 100 steps later we were on the beach. Walking with our dog, we came upon a seal in the water. I think I was more scared than my dog!

Beach was pleasant with access to a quaint sandwich shop. No area for parking et large area for setting up an umbrella. Life guard was on duty at lunch time.

The Sconset beach of today is less than half of what it was 15 years ago. The ocean is overtaking this beach sadly. Between the rough tides and dwindling beach space, it is no longer a top choice.

Unfortunately we were unable to really enjoy the beach. We had a bit of rain with temperatures in the low 50's.
