Smells great, the chocolate tea is amazing and there are plenty of things to see there. Very touristy though. I prefer Chocala la la for the quality and artisanal approach to chocolate better.

Raul was AWESOME and Patricia SUPER helpful. I thought the kids would be bored, but Raul was so engaging that all 3 kids (2 teenagers & 1 four year old) loved it!

you don't need a reservation, but they have scheduled times and for a set amount of people. we had 6 in our group and it was perfect
