wandering the streets/lans was fantastic and the preserved buildings were amazing. The structural definitions truly superb given the time they have been there.

A cool site to see when in Split. Very historic and interesting whilst visiting, where Romans ruled the coast.

You don't need to be into history to be awed by what Split has to offer. To learn more, I would recommend a guide specially while visiting Diocletian's Palace. This walled town has hotels within walking distance.

This city is fascinating and well worth investigating. Spend a day here or maybe two days! There are all sorts of cafes and bars and the water front is beyond wonderful.

Pretty much all activity is here. The Old Split is really Diocletian's Palace and the surrounding area.

Narrow streets and old buildings make this a very charming and lovely town. You will plenty of history to check or you can just walk around and feel the place.

Both Dubrovnik and Split are beautiful, historic sites. The former's glory is the walls and the harbour, the latter's is Diocletian's palace. If you have been to Dubrovnik, then try Split which will give you all you seem to... More
