This place is life itself. The people selling their wares are genuine and truly one of the nicest people we have ever met. It is more than making money and selling their food to them. If it's a social place for then as well. It is by all definition... Their life.

Wide range of fresh vegetables and fruits are available from more than 100 open air stalls. Dried fruits also available. And they are reasonably priced.

I still can't get over this. The bees are in between the fruits and they are so healthy. I want to eat where the bees roam around like fresh summer days. The fruits and veggies are the best I've ever had in my entire life. So juicy and tasty. I miss this the most.

Fresh Markets are always the place to shop. I found the Split market especially interesting as some tables were clearly from big growers and preferred to only sell in bulk and some folks just had a few items....like maybe extras from their personal garden. Like any market, walk around first to get an idea of the differences in quality and... More

As farmers we absolutely haved this market - if you can cook your own food, definitely the place to visit, The fruit and vegetable were so lovely and fresh. The vibe is alive and people are hard working and friendly.

Agree a price before ordering, I would have been cheaper in Scotland for fruit on their doorstep, it was very tasty.

This is a wonderful place to get your fruit and veg if you're staying in Split. Be careful though....prices vary......it's a good idea to walk round the market first , get an idea of cost and quality before buying. As well as fruit and veg there. Are also stalls selling meats , bread and clothes.

Thoroughly enjoyed taking in an old fashioned farmer's market teeming with produce. Convenes daily but get there before noon. After that the produce pickings becomes a bit thin. . Sunday seems to have shorter hours or less fun.
