Great alternate to Dubrovnik accommodations is the beach town of Lapad. It is a 15 minute bus ride (no. 4) from Dubrovnik. It has a few shops plus a grocery store. In the evening the promenade come to life with people strolling and eating at...More

I definitely recommend the beach. It is rocky (like beaches in Dubrovnik tend to be), but you survive either with swimming shoes or alternatively going to sea using many stairs available in front of restaurant. Clear water, good snorkling area!

The beach was nice with pebbles, and Crystal Clear water. It was only a small area to lie down on when you wanted to use your towels. The beds and Umbrellas were very expencive to rent.

Well located, new sunbeds, umbrellas and cabanas, good service and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend! However, the beach could use a designated area for smokers! One chain smoker huffing and puffing every 15 mins throughout the entire day can ruin the experience for many people,...More
