While this beach is a bit further from Old Town, it is worth a visit. Our apartment was in the Ploce area, so it was about the same walk here as to Banje beach. Be prepared to climb down and back up some serious stairs...More

Wonderful views of the old walled city, especially at sunset. Nice little restaurant on the beach where we ate. Great experience.

Great little beach to visit after a long day of sightseeing. Mostly pebbles and calm water. Not as busy as Banje. To get there drive/walk past the Sveti Jakov church. Around 160 stairs await on the other side, but parking seems to be free there....More

Half the price for a beach chair than Banje, only 50KN ea for the day. Easy Walk 25m walk from the old town (just keep right at any streets). Bathrooms/Outdoor Showers/restaurant/bar/umbrellas all available. Did I mention the view back to Dubrovnik is spectacular A+

Went to Banje Beach on our first day and found it expensive for sunbeds and the DJ thought he was in an Ibiza club. As result walked a little further to Jakov which is cheaper, quieter and not full of posers. The beach is mix...More

We have been maybe 50 times there and we were so well served and satisfied with food and price. We live 600 meters from the beach and we recommend all our guests as Apartment Dubrovnik Tanja to go there. They have never been

The Dubrovnik villa hotel and the president hotel are both very good. However they are usually fully booked.
