Lokrum is beautiful and offers a relaxing respite from the crowds in the Old Town. You can wander freely around the island and take in the sights. There are also plenty of cafes for food and drink and it's well shaded with trees if it's...More

This is such a nice quiet island. Could stay there 1/2 day. Loved the woods, peacocks and the views of the sea. On the ferry we got some nice photos of Dubrovnik Old Town. There is a good restaurant on the island. Please wear sturdy...More

This was a great escape from the busyness of Dubrovnik. The boats ferry you to the island every 30 minutes and the trip is fast. Once there, the island is an oasis of peace and tranquility with enough routes to explore and imagine that you...More

Hourly ferries from the old port. Island is fun to explore. Some eating facilities. Didn't try the cocktail bar but the main restaurant is ok; friendly service, ok food, though they charge for literally everything, even the ketchup/mayonnaise with your burger.

Some restoration needed here. Not really a must see in the area. The botanical gardens have suffered from a drought and fires.

Perfect way to spend half/a full day. 140kn from the old town harbour (return). The island houses an excellent (although only updated to season 5) game of thrones exhibit with an iron throne you can sit on for free. Great place to get away from...More
