It is easy to become blasé about all these fabulous Roman structures in Pula. This one is striking and easy to find. Worth a photo and all part of our self walking tour of Pula. Check it out.

You do not see many double gates . This one is good and again worth seeing. The old wall along one side of the town is worth exploring.

Another of the gates in Pula. Perhaps not so impressive as the others, but worth a photo. Not difficult to find as you tour.

Old Roman gates into town, not far away from Puljska arena, easy to find. Nice to look at, and.....and....thats it! :)

A good photo stop nothing more. Easy to find between the Arena and the Arch of the Sergii next to a nice little park.

If you go see the Hercules Gate, you may as well take a look at the Twin Gates too, they are about 100 meters apart. Nice gates, interesting construction, at the entrance to the museum. Once again tough to photograph due to illegal parked vehicles...More

Wanted a visit to the archaeological museum but found it closed, but found the twin gates so had a good photo opportunity here , try to get the picture of Roman Pula . No need to stay very long.

An example of Roman building mixed up in the modern world. Worth a photo, Can be crowded with tourists doing just that.

Walking away from the Arena one comes across the Double Arch which leads up to the museum and Hercules' Gate. The arches are only interesting from a historical point of view in context of the Roman flavour of the city.

It makes finding Zerostrasse much easier if you can locate the gate. Otherwise, well, it's a nice double arch, nothing more.
