An ancient casino building with great structure and features situated at quite an end with a Seaview behind. It's look is quite exquisite and spectacular and good for pictures, couple solo and even family outing for picnics.

"If I had a million dollars" or more like a billion I would love to by this and fix it up. What a great location for a luxury restaurant.

Amazing Beautiful building, but during the communist regime gambling was not allowed so it fell into ruin. After communism, no one has the money. If they could get their act together and restore the place, what a draw for tourism it would be. Right on the Black Sea, beautiful architecture, wonderful views. Hopefully they can get it together and restore... More

When a building's story is old, fascinating and special, action should be taken. A piecevof beatu on the seashore, the sound of the waves at night...left to become a ruin. By people who either are incompetent or indifferent.

This place has so many stories behind it once cannot imagine. Possibly one of nicest pieces of architecture in Romania and in Europe. The charm is still there but the shape it is in now may not appeal to everyone. The surrounding sea-walk is a great place for a stroll, pictures and romantic moments. (day/night)

It's hard to miss this majestic, imposing edifice when you visit the old town of Constanta. The night we were there it was hosting a contemporary art exhibit (for free). The building has been "abandoned" since 1990 due to the high cost of upkeep but it is easy to imagine what it looked like when it was new. You can... More
