When you visit Constanta, to climb a few dozen steps may offer you a nice view over Old Town. Take care at regular religious agenda. It could be not possible to enter between certain hours.

The tower of the mosque gives fantastic views and photo opportunities. Definitely worth the 10 lei to climb. Easy to find in the center of old town. Be aware there are 140 steps to the top on a spiral staircase.
