If you love your spa treatments, the relaxation and enjoy a really great massage then this is the best place I have been to in Luang Prabang. Having tried a couple of cheaper places on the high street I decided I was getting too many bruises from the rough handling so opted for something more expensive.
It is actually not that expensive given it was only about 33% of what I would have paid in the UK.
From the very start Ms KK was very keen to understand exactly what type of massage I liked, areas to focus on and what areas to avoid. I had a 3 hr package which included a head massage and bath, full body exfoliation, full body massage and a facial! The therapist Miss No was attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times. She was very considerate of my body, unlike some therapist who slap you around like a raw piece of meat! She was careful not to massage too hard as I requested and I felt very skilled in her massage techniques. She seemed to use a mix of different techniques which was great as it never felt boring or repetitive. The treatment room was a great space and really created the right ambiance for an afternoon of relaxation and indulgence.
I would highly recommend a visit!

I had an excellent 2 hour Thai massage at spa Burasari with 'Song'. All of her movements were very gentle and soothing, but she was incredibly strong and this was one of the best Thai massages that I've ever had. The room was beautifully appointed, the smell divine, and the music soothing. While the massage would be considered expensive by Lao standards, $60USD for 2 hours, I was happy to pay it for a truly first world, first class experience. If I'd found this place on the first day of my visit, I would have sprung for a massage here every day. From the arrival greeting, the cold pandan tea in the courtyard at the beginning, and the lovely greeting by Maiy, to the hot tea at the end, I couldn't have been happier. This place is a must visit for everyone...

I went for a must needed manicure while traveling. After seeing great reviews we arrived without an appointment in the early evening. Massage table, eye masks, head & neck massage, AND a beautiful quality manicure all for $25 USD. We had Ms Pom and Ms Ao? Reception was K.K.... thank you!

We booked a two hour deep tissue massage for two directly from the spa reception the morning of an afternoon appointment – A 120 minute appointment is actually only a 90 minute treatment and starts off with 30 minute purification ritual as does the 90 minute appointment with a 30 minute purification ritual.
On arrival we were asked and we agreed that we had booked a 90 minute treatment – which staff took literally and provided only a 60 minute massage starting with a 30 minute purification ritual – Meaning we had a 30 minute shorter massage then we originally booked.
The massage was professional and well done. The room was clean, air conditioned and provided a shower facility and appropriate music playing in the background.
We were disappointed at having received a shorter massage than booked – however we put it down to an unfortunate mis-communication and along with English not being a first language.
We fully understand that we also need to clarify and re-clarify so misunderstandings are unfortunately avoided

High-end spa treatments. Treat yourself. Removed from the high-traffic streets, an oasis, with some nearby construction noises detracting from the serene environment. Ms. Phai provided good pressure during a traditional Lao massage. Unfortunately, a stiff fiber in her shirt occasionally poked me.

I treated myself to the Buraliscious spa package on my last night in Luang Prabang and I'm so glad I did! The professionalism was beyond compare and every treatment was pure bliss. The treatment room was very relaxing with beautifully designed decor. My therapist was Song and she was perfect in her approach and showed excellent massage and beauty therapy skills. If you want a truly delicious spa experience in Luang Prabang then look no further.

Definitely worth to go, high end treatments in a very clean and well maintained environment. Our family enjoyed the 2 h package with Maiy, Hong, Aoe and Song. There are definitely cheaper places at literally every corner of Luang Prabang, but not always are they very inviting. Different here and thus absolutely worth the money (around 70 USD pp).
Close to the Heritage Hotel and the junction of the rivers, so a bit quieter location.

In the middle of hundreds of massage saloons , this one comes as an oasis. Nicely decorated and professional people, as a good reason to visit. For me who have made several massages in this trip, from Thailand to Vietnam, from Cambodia to Laos, we had 6usd full body massages in which we were mixed with other people. In here u get the privacy and the comfort of an above average quality. U pay over the average price but it is very affordable as per western standards and u get well treated. Nono took care of my wife who loved the Thai massage

My wife and I visited this Spa on Jan 9 for a couples massage based on reviews on this site and elsewhere that rated it highly. We elected to have the 120 minute Signature treatment at a cost of $140 US for both of us. Unfortunately our experience was not great. I rarely write negative reviews but in this case decided to do so, to let other travelers know before choosing this place. When we arrived there was no welcome drink, and unlike other hotel Spas there was no form to indicate any health concerns, areas to focus on etc. We were simply taken to the room and told to get ready. The room was uncomfortably warm when the treatment started and I had to ask several times for the temperature to be adjusted. Both therapists seemed uninterested in the service they were providing. Both of us felt the massage was one of the worst we have had in SE Asia. The price was a lot higher than most places in Luang Prabang and I consider it to be very poor value. At the end we were not asked for any feedback. They just charged our credit card and we were on our way. I would recommend going elsewhere, if you’re looking for a massage in Luang Prabang.

I just had a Natural Facial at the Spa Burasari Heritage and highly recommend it. I know that the price is a bit higher than other places but what you get is a real experience and a professional and relaxing treatment.
Your experience begins with a foot wash and exfoliation and ends with a warm bael fruit tea.
Your treatment is conducted in a clean and quiet room, with staff who aren’t distracted on their phone and are professionally trained. You leave floating on cloud nine.
